GEOL1030 — Survey of Geology
4 Credit Hour(s) This course is a study of the composition of rocks, minerals, landscape development, earthquakes, the earth’s interior and exterior weather and climate, the nature of mountains and their development, and the drift of the continental and ocean crusted plates. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
