AUTO2144 — Manual Transmissions and Drive Trains
4 Credit Hour(s) This course is a study of torque and gearing as applied to manual transmissions, manual transaxles, differentials, drive axles, clutches, and four-wheel drive components. Also covered are the diagnosis and repair of these units. This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
