3 Credit Hour(s) Introduction to Electronic Health Records (EHR) presents the history of the standards surrounding the EHR. The course provides the student with the in-depth and practical training on a widely used EHR software program. This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree.
