This course will provide detailed and accurate coverage of all aspects of alternative energy related to the design, operation, and overall analysis of such systems The course will examine the applications of the induction generator in alternative sources of energy and covers the practical selection criteria for choosing induction generators versus other types of electrical machines It will also convey new trends in design of wound rotor induction generators and discuss the latest economic and market trends related to induction generator-based renewable systems
