ELE 201 — AC Fundamentals
In this course the students will learn to calculate the peak and effective voltage for AC waveforms as well as the phase relationship between two AC waveforms The course will examine the voltage and current phase relationship in a resistive AC circuit and the voltage and current transients that occur in an inductive circuit The course will examine the relationship between voltage and current in the following types of AC circuits: RL, RC, LC, and RLC circuits Students will learn the functions of basic transformers The course will focus on grounding and bonding the systems and the equipment related to such
