BUS 212 — BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Applies the principles of effective and ethical communication to the creation of letters, memos, emails, and written and oral reports for a variety of business situations. The course emphasizes the development, analysis, organization, and composition of various types of professional-level written messages, analytical reports, and business presentations using word processing and presentation-graphics software.
