TQME10 — Total Quality Management
<strong>THIS IS A NONCREDIT COURSE</strong> This course is designed to provide students with the essentials of Total Quality Management, including the history, theory, and the applications. Examples from well-known companies and their experiences with TQM are included. Also included will be an examination of the traditional roles of management versus the management practices of TQM, i.e., paradigm shift.
