ENDS 1145 — Computer Applications in
Engineering An introductory course where students learn areas in engineering in which computers are commonly used. Computer hardware, software and programming are introduced. Topics include reporting, calculation, draft- ing, analysis, computer aided design, numerical control, rapid prototyping and direct material deposition. The student will gain hand-on experience in these areas.
