OTAS2300 — Advanced Practices for the Occupational Therapy Assistant

This course focuses on integrating and applying advanced clinical skills to develop comprehensive treatment sessions with higher-level clinical reasoning. Students will explore the use of physical agent modalities, orthotic fabrication and management, group dynamics and complex intervention planning. Emphasis is placed on refining hands-on skills, problem-solving, and adapting treatments to meet diverse client needs. Location: L Classroom
