This course defines ethics, ethics theory and application. The principles of autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice are discussed in relation to health care. Students develop a personal ethics code and case study discussions apply ethics to the administrative functions of planning, organizing, staffing, influencing and controlling. Location: O Classroom
