[ SYLLABUS ] This course provides students with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become professional restaurant servers. Through classroom instruction and practical training in the student-run restaurant, students learn proper service techniques, guest interaction, and restaurant operations. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, communication, diversity and inclusion, and maintaining a positive work environment while preparing and serving lunch, banquets, and buffet-style meals to the public.
