This course focuses on the foundational stages of residential construction, from preparing the site and foundation to framing the structure. Students will gain experience installing mudsills and assembling floor systems. Instruction also covers assembling interior and exterior wall systems, framing a structural roof system, and installing exterior doors and windows. By the end of this course, students will be able to complete the structural framework of a house. Location: M Classroom
