Note reading, rhythmic skills and a basic introduction to scales, intervals and harmony are included. No musical background is required. This course can also be taken by students wanting to become music majors but whose music reading skills are insufficient. 0 or higher in ENGL 097, or AESL 098, or appropriate test score.
