EDUC 1303 — – Foundations of Education
This course provides an overview of the philosophy, educational theories, and historical development of formalized education. The student will become familiar with theories which education is based upon and learn how to develop an effective program designed uniquely for children. The student will also obtain knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to the education of children. This course will also explore the opportunities in the field of education.
