PLA 2614 - Real Property Law and Transactions III PLA 2614 - Real Property Law and Transactions III (3 Credit Hours) (A.A.) Students will learn how to apply concepts of real estate law and transactions to real scenarios. They also learn how to plan, prepare for conflicts, and work collaboratively with others. Students will have the opportunity to meet practitioners in the real estate field and observe government functions. Students will learn the practical “nuts and bolts” involved in taking a real estate transaction from contract to closing. The students will learn how to carry out advanced negotiations and closings based on current local and federal requirements.
