PN160 — Maternal/Newborn Nursing

Add to My SC4 Catalog This course provides an opportunity for the student to study culturally sensitive family-centered, maternal and newborn health using the nursing process. It includes reproduction, gestation, pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum and the newborn infant. The focus is on normal, deviations or complications in each area, and related nursing care. Prerequisite(s): PN 130 and PN 130L 2 credits = 2 lecture
