Associate of Arts in Teaching (A.A.T.) Degree The purpose of the Associate of Art in Teaching is to provide ease of transfer to Arkansas public universities and will articulate into baccalaureate degree. This degree is also offered as part of the Arkansas Teacher Residency Program to address the growing need for certified teachers in the State of Arkansas.
