ENGR 3143 - Manufacturing Processes ENGR 3143 - Manufacturing Processes The course covers material removal processes, metal forming, casting and molding, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding of plastics, fundamentals of welding, and inspection of fabricated parts. Economic and product design considerations in machining processes, along with nontraditional machining processes, will be included in this course. Students will also gain exposure to the sustainability concept in engineering manufacturing.

Prerequisites: ENGR2043, ITEC3803
