HIM 2500 - Health Statistics, Continuous Quality Improvement and Risk Management HIM 2500 - Health Statistics, Continuous Quality Improvement and Risk Management Students will learn about the principles of total quality management, utilization management, risk management, medical staff credentialing, the accreditation process, and effective communication. The student will be introduced to workflow analysis and redesign and will apply symbols to reflect workflow processes going through a redesign. Parallel: College Transfer (A.A. and A.S)
