WE 088A — General Work Experience 1-6 Units
General Work Experience Education is supervised employment which is intended to assist students in acquiring desirable work habits, attitudes and career awareness. The work experience need not be related to the students' educational goals, and can be paid or unpaid. Each unit of credit awarded requires 75 hours of paid employment, or 60 hours of unpaid employment. A maximum of 6 units of General Work Experience credit may be earned. Internship/job placement is not guaranteed.
