CIS 059 — Object Oriented Design and Programming 3 Units
Students will learn the fundamentals and techniques of Object Oriented Programming (OOP). Topics covered include the elements of OOP, classes and objects, inheritance, polymorphism, overloading, overriding, member functions, member access, virtual functions, constructors, derived classes, dynamic objects, and exception handling. Modern programming and debugging techniques will be stressed throughout the course. Design Patterns and UML will also be introduced.
