LS72 — Transition for Academic Success
Units: 1 Hours: 18 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade or Pass/No Pass Term Typically Every summer term In this course students define and develop the characteristics of a successful college student, and practice developing behaviors and attitudes that increase academic success, including familiarity with campus resources. Students will evaluate and reinforce successful learning tools in areas such as time management, memory processing and learning styles. This course is an introduction to the college experience and the educational process. Units earned in this course do not count toward the associate degree.
