ELEC32 — Electrical Transformers and Motors

Units: 5.5 Hours: 72 hours LEC; 81 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every fall term This course is designed to introduce the theory of Direct Current and Alternating Current (DC/AC) motors and alternators. Single-phase transformers, three-phase transformers and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) are included. (CSU)
