ELEC30 — Fundamentals of Electricity

Units: 5 Hours: 63 hours LEC; 81 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every term This course is designed to present the fundamental principles of electricity, magnetism and alternative energy. The student is introduced to the concepts and applications through lecture and laboratory for both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). The student develops skills in professionalism, electrical safety, measurement, and analysis of electrical circuits. (CSU)
