ECE72 — Play and Learning

Units: 1 Hours: 18 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade Advisories: ECE 21 with a grade of “C” or better. This course is designed to examine play as a learning process for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. Social, physical, and intellectual benefits of play are analyzed, and compared to state and federal learning standards. Cross-cultural aspects of play are emphasized.
