CSP26A — Java Programming I

Units: 4 Hours: 54 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every term Advisories: CS 11 Introduction to Computing Information Technology or CSP 17 Introduction to Computer Science with a grade of “C” or better. This course focuses on the discipline of computer science using a high-level language (Java) utilizing programming and practical hands-on problem solving. The student writes applications and applets using the Java programming language. Topics include control structures, methods, properties, arrays, and an introduction to Object-Oriented Programming. (UC, CSU, C-ID COMP 122).
