AJ23 — Principles and Procedures of the Justice System

Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Grade Options: Letter Grade Term Typically Every term Advisories: AJ 21 with a grade of “C” or better. This course provides an examination and analysis of due process in criminal proceedings from pre-arrest through trial and appeal utilizing statutory law and state and constitutional law precedents.
