DNCE 1372 — Dance Pedagogy I
This course acquaints students with methods for teaching dance technique. Students gain theoretical and practical experience, focusing on the use of anatomically-correct and systematic approaches to developing dance skills. Curriculum design and implementation, instruction and assessment of dance technique, and communication with students are among topics that may be examined.
