LS 1500 - Contracts LS 1500 - Contracts Class examines the elements of basic contracts. It covers sales of goods, sales discharge and damages as well as the Uniform Commercial Code. Students will analyze various types of contracts and learn to draft a simple contract. Requires a “C” grade or higher to progress in the Paralegal program.
