CJ 2350 - Laws of Evidence CJ 2350 - Laws of Evidence This course teaches students the purpose of the rules of evidence and how to apply the rules of evidence in a trial setting. Students will learn how to apply various rules of evidence related to hearsay, qualifying as a witness, authentication, relevance, and privileges against testifying.
