BTEC 1500 - Applied Molecular Biology BTEC 1500 - Applied Molecular Biology This course teaches students practical aspects of DNA technology that includes restriction digestion, properties of plasmids, recombinant DNA cloning, gel electrophoresis, the polymerase chain reaction, protein expression and protein analysis.
