WLDG 1410 - Welding Basics WLDG 1410 - Welding Basics 2 Credits This introductory course will cover shop safety practices, the theories and concepts necessary for an understanding of basic oxyacetylene welding, cutting and brazing processes. An emphasis will be put on safety practices while using the oxy-acetylene equipment. Students will also be exposed to manual plasma and carbon arc cutting. 2C/0/2/0 Co-requisite(s): WLDG 1402 , WLDG 1420 , WLDG 1431 , WLDG 1441 , and WLDG 1450
