SPAN 1740 - Intermediate Spanish 2 SPAN 1740 - Intermediate Spanish 2 5 Credits This course is a continuation of SPAN 1730 . This course provides a continued development of communication in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. There is an emphasis on communicating ideas in writing and conversation. As a part of the course, students will be exposed to the cultures of Spanish-speaking people through art, literature, and history. This course is usually during the spring term. 5C/5/0/0 Prerequisite(s): SPAN 1730 with a grade of “C” or better or Placement Exam or permission of Instructor Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) Goal Area(s): Goals 6 & 8
