FWS-120 — Yoga for Mindfulness

This course introduces students to a variety of yoga sequences, breathing practices, and meditation techniques designed to relieve stress and promote mindfulness and well-being. Students can expect to practice hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. No previous yoga experience is necessary. This class is appropriate for students of all fitness levels who can move from standing to laying on the floor with or without the assistance of a chair. This course may be repeated 3 times up to 4 credits.
