CSIT 1303 — IT Software Support
This course covers the fundamentals of software troubleshooting and support. Key topics include PC and Mobile Operating Systems such as Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and iPad OS. Common configuration, troubleshooting, and basic use are covered. This course follows preparation materials used for the CompTIA A+ Core 2 Exam. This course may not be transferable to a university for use towards a 4-year degree program.
