COM 22303 - Interviewing COM 22303 - Interviewing The complex nature of the interview situation demands a high level of personal and professional skill, if we are to reach our goals for the interview. In this course we will examine a variety of interview types. We will examine theories and concepts related to interview processes and apply skills through class activities and assignments. Students will develop skills in structuring interviews, initiating and maintaining communication, questioning, responding, opening and closing interviews, and listening effectively.
