Topics include more advanced medical terminology and restraint techniques, surgical preparation, instrument identification and care, anesthesia, aseptic techniques, radiology, dentistry, nursing care and alternative therapies. Students work individually and in groups to continue development of the skills required in veterinary assisting. This course is the lab component of VET 105. Course
