BLRS 111 - Boiler Operator’s Lab BLRS 111 - Boiler Operator’s Lab 4 Total Credits Students develop and practice operating and maintenance procedures on RTC’s existing steam and hot water boilers. This course qualifies for the eighty hours of boiler observation for the City of Seattle and the Tacoma Steam Advisory Certification Board.
