FLGHT 115 — Instrument Rating Flight Lab
This laboratory course provides flight training for individuals seeking an Instrument Pilot Rating. Some of the topics covered will include principles of instrument flight, flight instruments, instrument navigation systems, IFR departure-en route-arrival procedures, analysis of weather information and conditions, IFR flight planning, and IFR emergency procedures. Students must hold a valid 3rd class (or higher) FAA medical certificate and a valid Fresno-Yosemite Airport ID Badge for the duration of this course. The cost of this course is substantial.
