ENGL 2 — Critical Reading and Writing through Literature
Designed to develop critical thinking, reading, and writing skills beyond the level achieved in English C1000/C1000, English 2 will focus on the development of logical reasoning and analytical and argumentative writing skills based primarily on works of fiction and literary criticism. Students will write a minimum of 6,000 words during this course.
