Water Quality Management Technology Program The Water Quality Management Technology (WQM) Program at Red Rocks Community College offers an Associates of Applied Science (AAS) and a Bachelor’s of Applied Science (BAS) degree as well as several academic certificates. The AAS is a technical degree for students interested in a career in the water industry. The BAS degree provides students with a broader understanding of water quality issues upstream and downstream from treatment facilities.
