IHP 2065 — Specialty Coaching Skills/Clinical Lab
Integrates individualized and group coachingâ¯techniques and practices necessary forâ¯practitionersâ¯to inclusively assistâ¯clients possessing various health conditions, limited physical abilities,â¯andâ¯those in marginalized populations.â¯â¯This course applies advanced coaching practices to wellnessâ¯themesâ¯of fitnessâ¯and nutrition and prepares students for national certification. This courseâ¯develops awareness ofâ¯communication styles, ethical standards, specialized coaching techniques, and clinical practices necessary to support and motivate diverse clientele to achieveâ¯optimal health and wellness.
