DMS 3551 — Adult Cardiac Anatomy

Introduces normal adult echocardiography with an emphasis on echocardiographic anatomy and scanning techniques. This course also explores American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) guidelines including emphasis in 2-D, M-mode, Doppler, pharmacology and transesophageal imaging. Other topics include electrocardiography (ECG) and pharmacology common to echocardiography.
