Vocational Lab Hour(s): 3.75 Formerly STE 133 Introduces the history and materials used in the manufacture of surgical instruments, as well as the methods used to maintain, clean, and sterilize surgical instrumentation and equipment. Introduces supplies, equipment, and the names, category, and use of instrumentation used for general, obstetric, gynecologic, otorhinolaryngologic, oral, maxillofacial, plastic, and ophthalmic surgical specialties.
