Lecture Hour(s): 1 Vocational Lab Hour(s): 1.50 Formerly HEQ 241 Teaches how to perform excavation in confined space, construct an elevated roadway, perform finish work, move large obstacles, perform bulldozing operations on a slope. Includes identifying and repairing drainage problems, stockpiling materials, use of a transit or hand level to create a 3:1 slope, and OSHA, MSHA and industry safety standards.
