Lecture Hour(s): 1 Formerly FMT 150 Learn job survival skills that will give you a competitive edge in the workplace. This course of instruction will provide the necessary skills to obtain and keep a job in the custodial trades. Tools taught will be stepping stones for advancement on the job. Topics covered include self-esteem, ethics, responsibility, leadership equity/diversity, communication skills, time management, workplace etiquette, how to deal with the unexpected, and resumes/interviews.
