WOO282 — Deer Management Techniques
Students learn beginning to advanced hunting, guiding, management, and conservation techniques of whitetail deer. They are provided with the knowledge and necessary skills of identifying, patterning, and guiding. Students will be expected to apply skills learned in the classroom during field work and in the guided mentor hunt. Emphasis will be placed on firearm safety and all state and federal regulations. Students are expected to have their Hunters Safety Certification prior to field work and handling a firearm. Hunting trips and outings will follow all legal requirements.
