MTH183 — Trigonometry
Students should include those similar to the ones enrolled in algebra. It is necessary to have had a course in trigonometry before starting Calculus I or Physics. This course is a study of the trigonometric functions as related to triangles and real numbers, logarithms, complex numbers, etc. Prerequisite: Any of the following: (a) MTH178, College Algebra, with a grade of "C" or better, (b) ACT score of 24 or above, (c) Next-Generation Accuplacer Advanced Algebra and Functions Test of 261 or higher.
