Students will have an extensive overview of the fundamentals of computer technology, networking, and security and develop the skills necessary to identify hardware, peripheral, networking, and COURSE NUMBER COURSE TITLE CREDIT HOURS security components. Students will understand the basic functionality of the operating systems and basic troubleshooting methodology, practice proper safety procedures, and how to effectively interact with customers.
