Review fundamentals of electricity and magnetism. The student covers the theory and operation of batteries, cranking motors, ignition aids such as glow plugs, A and B circuits, generators, alternators, solenoids, magnetic switches, relays and electrical circuits and wiring diagrams. The student will be required to use safety and demonstrate the service and repair procedures for all electrical components. Prerequisite: AMC129 Electrical I (passed with D or better).
